Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery from initiation to closeout, coordinating multidisciplinary efforts to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead the design of advanced HVAC systems for a variety of building projects, ensuring performance, reliability, and code compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering
• Professional Registration preferred, with 6+ years of relevant MEP experience
• Proven project management experience and expertise in HVAC design
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building codes and load calculations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and commitment to mastering Revit MEP
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage fast-paced deadlines
• Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus
