Job Description

Stellantis, based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, is seeking a Senior Finance Data Engineer / Data Analyst to strengthen FP&A capabilities with Power BI–based reporting and analytics. The role centers on building scalable data models and managing the full data lifecycle from raw sources through semantic presentation, with a focus on data accuracy, performance, and secure access for financial users. This onsite position supports critical planning and analysis initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end Power BI data lifecycle, from data extraction and transformation (Bronze and Silver layers) to semantic modeling and dashboard development (Gold layer).
Maintain data accuracy, performance, and security across all FP&A reporting tools.
Administer user access and implement role-level security within Power BI Service.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.
Experience integrating data from multiple sources such as Excel, CSV, and ERP systems like SAP or OneStream.
Ability to clean, transform, and standardize data into analytics-ready models.
Experience deploying and maintaining dashboards in Power BI Service.
Foundational understanding of financial reporting structures including P&L, revenue, cost, and variance analysis.
Strong analytical mindset with focus on data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Financial Technology or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience with Power BI.
Minimum of 8 years of overall relevant work experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
