Senior Automation Engineer role in Atlanta, GA (onsite) focused on building automation that modernizes HR operations. Nvizion Solutions Pvt. Ltd delivers intelligent automation across Oracle HCM Cloud, combining workflow automation, RPA, integrations, and AI/Generative AI capabilities to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and support better HR decision-making.
What you’ll focus on
- Design and implement automation solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud business processes.
- Review HR operations to find opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, and HCM Extracts.
- Configure and automate workflows in modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Learning.
- Build automated data validation, reconciliation, and reporting solutions.
- Develop RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
- Use AI and Generative AI capabilities to enhance HR service delivery, employee self-service, and workforce analytics.
- Create automated dashboards and alerts using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
- Partner with HR business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Support Oracle HCM quarterly release testing, automation, and deployment activities.
- Document automation frameworks, technical designs, and operational procedures.
Core qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Absence Management.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, HDL, HSDL, and HCM Extracts.
- Automation experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or Oracle Process Automation.
- Hands-on with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, and data integration concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
AI & Intelligent Automation focus
- Implement Generative AI use cases for HR service automation.
- Develop AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants for employee support.
- Automate resume screening and candidate matching processes.
- Build predictive workforce analytics and HR insights solutions.
- Implement document intelligence and automated HR case management.
- Leverage tools and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Oracle AI Services, or OpenAI technologies to enhance HR experiences.
Preferred qualifications and credentials
- Experience implementing AI/ML-driven HR solutions.
- Familiarity with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and conversational AI.
- Experience integrating Oracle HCM with systems such as ERP, ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, or third-party applications.
- Knowledge of HR business processes and workforce management.
- Oracle Cloud certifications preferred, including:
