You will deliver actionable insights and dashboards that drive business decisions, collaborating with operations, sales, and executive leadership to understand data needs and opportunities for improvement. This is an onsite role in Sharon, MA with a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 125,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards
• Produce clear, actionable reports for ecommerce and wholesale
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions
• Continuously improve dashboard usability and performance
• Build, manage, and maintain data pipelines
• Develop and monitor dataflows, integrations, and refresh processes
• Ensure reliable data ingestion from multiple systems
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and data quality issues
• Optimize data architecture for performance and scalability
• Document data sources, transformations, and logic
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting layers
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership to align on data needs
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and business performance
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and boost productivity

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern data platforms
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines / ETL processes
• Proven ability to build reporting systems from scratch
• Experience working with multiple data sources and systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
