Strong communication skills to explain complex information clearly to team members and customer stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on exceptional customer service.
Highly organized and accurate, with strong initiative and follow-through.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a self-organizing team, asking questions when needed and providing and accepting feedback.
Ability to use AI to augment expertise and decision-making while maintaining ownership, accountability, and professional judgment for final outcomes.
Ability to identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and increase business value using AI.
