Collect and analyze field data, utility data, equipment information, operating schedules, and building performance metrics.
Create energy savings and life-cycle or financial analyses to support client decision-making.
Prioritize recommendations based on energy savings, cost, payback, operational impact, and client objectives, including planning-level guidance for upgrades and efficiency initiatives.
Assist with development of capital improvement and energy improvement recommendations when required by project scope.
Research applicable building codes, energy standards, utility programs, incentives, and industry best practices as needed.
Produce comprehensive technical reports documenting audit findings, deficiencies, conservation measures, benchmarking results, and recommendations.

Present findings and recommendations as required, including participation in client meetings, project kickoff meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.
Collaborate with internal engineering, sustainability, commissioning, and technical teams on multidisciplinary projects.
Manage assigned project tasks, schedules, deliverables, and documentation while meeting productivity, report quality, and client service expectations.
