Job Description

Join Cenergy International in Boston, MA to help advance high-voltage electrical systems and energy infrastructure through technology development and multidisciplinary engineering execution.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary engineering and technology development projects.
Use systems engineering, mathematical modeling, data analytics, and computational methods to address complex technical challenges.
Evaluate and develop emerging technologies including hydrogen, CCS, geothermal, and circular economy solutions.
Drive projects from concept and prototyping through technology maturation and implementation.
Work closely with engineers, business leaders, startups, vendors, academia, and external partners.
Provide technical guidance, influence stakeholders, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of engineering experience on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Strong systems engineering skills with an analytical approach to modeling and problem-solving.
Experience in engineering innovation, R&D, technology development, or product maturation.
Energy, Oil & Gas, or Renewables experience preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management abilities.
Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Pay and Work Details

Location: Boston, MA (onsite / in person)
Salary: USD 65 - 80 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
