AI Engineer R&D

Work on research and development initiatives building human-centered AI systems, from LLM training to evaluation and responsible deployment.

Responsibilities

• Research, build, train, and deploy machine learning models, algorithms, and LLM applications
• Design custom workflows, including RAG pipelines
• Test and evaluate model quality using benchmarks, guardrails, and human feedback to help prevent system drift
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and integrate human-centered AI-driven solutions
• Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI technologies
• Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve AI models
• Contribute to the design and architecture of AI systems
• Optimize AI models for performance and scalability
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in AI and machine learning
• Prepare technical reports and presentations on research findings
• Monitor industry trends and new technologies to propose innovative AI solutions

Requirements

• Programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
• Experience using AI/machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
• Knowledge of data analysis and statistical modeling
• Experience with deep learning techniques and NLP (Natural Language Processing)
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
