Job Description

Join Booz Allen Hamilton in an Application Security Engineer role that centers on cloud based enterprise security for DoD and national security clients. This onsite position in Colorado Springs involves working with F5 BIG-IP, VMware/NSX-T, and SD-WAN technologies, with TS/SCI clearance required. Responsibilities

  • Leverage modern enterprise cloud platforms to help clients modernize IT infrastructure and tackle their most challenging missions.
  • Support the modernization of legacy computing platforms and applications or the creation of new ones using the latest technology alongside experienced teammates.
  • Contribute to national security objectives through secure engineering practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience supporting DoD enterprise architectures
  • 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, and administering F5 BIG-IP virtual edition and LTM
  • 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, and administering F5 BIG-IP APM and ASM
  • Experience working in DoD IL Clouds and on‑premise private cloud environments
  • Experience working with VMware and NSX‑T for micro‑segmentation, routing, and software‑defined networking
  • Experience working with SD‑WAN technologies and topologies
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Compensation

Projected compensation range for this position is USD 99,000.00 to USD 225,000.00 per year.
