Cybersecurity Automation Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions across the enterprise cybersecurity landscape
• Develop applications, connect systems through integrations, and work through complex cybersecurity challenges
• Spot use cases suitable for automation and deliver scalable solutions
• Create automation capabilities from the ground up and integrate technologies across multiple security disciplines

Core requirements

• Solid software engineering background with hands-on full-stack application development experience
• Proficiency with Python and PowerShell, including API integrations using REST and GraphQL
• Proven ability to design and build applications, services, and automation solutions from scratch
• Experience applying software development to cybersecurity use cases such as IAM, SIEM, SOAR, or other security technologies
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, databases, microservices, and system integration patterns
• Experience working with Linux, Windows, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code
