Cybersecurity Engineer - ForeScout

Electrosoft is hiring a Cybersecurity Engineer to support DoD-focused security engineering work in Richmond, VA on an onsite basis.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine project tasks for specialized cybersecurity problem areas.
• Analyze information security requirements and support requirement-to-solution alignment.
• Use analytical and systematic methods to resolve issues involving workflow, organization, and planning.
• Provide security-engineering support across the information system lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, and integration.
• Integrate electronic processes or methodologies to address total system issues or technology problems tied to cybersecurity requirements.

Requirements

• Experience: 7 years of relevant IT experience.
• Clearance: DOD Secret clearance.
• Proposal-time clearance level: IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 5 (T5) at time of proposal submission.
• DCWF work role: Primary DCWF Work Role 521: Cyber Defense Infrastructure Support; Proficiency Level: Intermediate.
• DCWF work role: Secondary DCWF Work Role 441: Network Operations Specialist; Proficiency Level: Intermediate.
• Certification/tooling: ForeScout Certified Administrator (FSCA) proficiency.
• Platform experience: 4 years of experience maintaining Comply to Connect solutions in a DOD environment.
