Cybersecurity Engineer - Insider Threat

Electrosoft Services Inc is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer - Insider Threat to support specialized cybersecurity activities for a DoD environment. This onsite role in Columbus, OH will focus on applying security engineering practices across the information system lifecycle, with particular emphasis on insider threat solution experience and clearance requirements.

Role Overview

In this position, you will complete routine project tasks tailored to specialized cybersecurity problems. The work includes analyzing information security requirements and providing security-engineering support throughout planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, and integration of information systems. Tasks will also involve integrating electronic processes or methodologies to address total system issues or technology problems related to cybersecurity requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine project tasks applied to specialized cybersecurity problems.
• Analyze information security requirements to support system and cybersecurity objectives.
• Use analytical and systematic approaches to resolve problems involving workflow, organization, and planning.
• Provide security-engineering support for planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, and integration of information systems.
• Apply electronic processes or methodologies to resolve total system problems or technology issues tied to cybersecurity requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of relevant IT experience.
• DoD Secret Clearance.
• Must possess IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 5 (T5) at time of proposal submission.
• Primary DCWF Work Role 521: Cyber Defense Infrastructure Support (Proficiency Level: Intermediate).
• Secondary DCWF Work Role 451: System Administrator (Proficiency Level: Intermediate).
• Four (4) years of experience maintaining Insider Threat solutions in a DoD environment.

Compensation

Pay Range: $120,000 - $125,000 USD per year.
