Data Analytics Engineer III

Data Analytics Engineer III role at Deloitte (Government & Public Services) is a contract position based onsite in Arlington, VA, focused on talent management and workforce data.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and report data to address complex ad hoc inquiries related to talent management and workforce dynamics, delivering actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Develop executive-ready visualizations and PowerPoint presentations to clearly communicate findings and recommendations at the leadership level.
• Support data development, collection, analysis, and reporting processes for Deloitte and client teams using databases, spreadsheets, and structured relational queries (SQL).
• Collaborate with federal government product owners to elicit, refine, and prioritize technical requirements for web based applications and tools.
• Create test scripts and facilitate user acceptance testing to validate functionality, usability, and alignment with business requirements.
• Contribute to data driven decision making by ensuring accuracy, quality, and clear interpretation of workforce and talent management information.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Excel.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to be on-site 100% of the time in Washington, DC.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
