Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
• Develop and optimize data architectures to boost analytics performance and reliability
• Integrate data from diverse sources, including electronic health records and medical devices
• Maintain data quality, consistency, and governance across platforms
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions
• Support deployment and monitoring of data infrastructure in cloud environments
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of data engineering standards and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles
• Proficiency with SQL and Python for data manipulation and workflow automation
• Strong knowledge of ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks (for example SSIS, Apache Airflow, dbt)
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and security best practices
• Excellent communication and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Passion for mental health and making an impact through data
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus
