Graduate Civil Engineer

Demarc is hiring a Graduate Civil Engineer (or Engineering Technician) to support residential and commercial site development in Minneapolis, MN. This full-time, onsite role is focused on producing construction-ready documentation, contributing to storm water design, and assisting with related surveying workflows. If you enjoy detail-driven engineering tasks and collaborative project support, this position offers a structured way to build experience on real site development projects.

What you will do

• Prepare construction plans and project documents for site development
• Design storm water systems and develop Storm Water Management Plans for both commercial and residential projects
• Develop project specifications
• Create concept site plans for review
• Complete calculations accurately to support design and confirm requirements are met
• Review government agency requirements for the project
• Assist the Surveying Department with field and CAD tasks as needed

What you bring

• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
• Detail orientation with strong interpersonal and writing skills
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Associates Degree in Civil Engineering Technology
• Preferred: B.S. in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology
• Preferred: understanding of surveying terms and procedures
