Recruiter, Manufacturing Engineering

Tesla is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support high-impact hiring at Megafactory Texas in Brookshire, TX. This onsite role partners closely with business leaders and hiring managers to guide recruiting strategy, source and evaluate technical talent, and maintain a strong candidate experience from start to finish.

In this position, you will manage recruiting needs for technical and leadership roles across manufacturing, facilities, and construction, using a mix of sourcing techniques and structured interviewing to identify candidates who can succeed in Tesla’s environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to evaluate talent requirements and recommend the most effective hiring strategy
• Manage time and resources to stay aligned with business partners, providing regular updates
• Use a variety of techniques and creativity to discover and attract strong passive talent
• Conduct behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline and skills needed to be successful at Tesla
• Prioritize a high-quality candidate experience throughout every stage of the process

Requirements

• Onsite at Megafactory Texas in Brookshire
• High-volume, technical recruiting experience with the ability to efficiently manage an average of 20+ technical, niche requisitions
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience from a corporate or agency environment
• Experience recruiting engineers or technical niche roles, including leaders across manufacturing, facilities, or construction
• Demonstrated success sourcing and assessing technical talent, including offer negotiation, familiarity with relevant employment legislation and employment market trends, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion while balancing efficiency with quality
• Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, supporting them in talent sourcing and candidate assessment
