Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Cryonix AI is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer in Denver, CO to help design, build, and take enterprise-grade AI solutions to production. The focus is on scalable generative AI products and autonomous multi-agent systems, with an emphasis on resilient architectures and production readiness for digital entertainment experiences.

In this role, you will help shape agent behavior end to end, from autonomous service design through safe tool execution, reliable coordination between agents, and operational safeguards grounded in SRE principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI services and multi-agent workflows from early concept through full enterprise production.
• Integrate MCP for agent-to-tool connectivity using open communication protocols, and use A2A for secure agent-to-agent coordination and task delegation.
• Architect hybrid control flows, including state machines and graphs, to manage multi-step reasoning while balancing probabilistic LLM behavior with deterministic code paths for critical backend transactions.
• Build secure tool execution environments using sandboxed execution contexts and strict egress controls to support runtime safety.
• Work with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical agent specifications and scalable microservices.
• Apply SRE principles to agent behavior by implementing fallback mechanisms, circuit breakers, and detailed audit trails for observability and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development or data science, with a proven track record shipping LLM-powered systems into live production.
• Advanced coding skills in Python, with deep understanding of backend frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
