Job Description

Bridgers & Paxton offers a hybrid Denver based Senior Electrical Engineer role with a competitive USD 160,000 per year salary. You will lead electrical design from concept through construction and post-occupancy, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Oversee electrical design across all project stages, from concept to construction and post-occupancy
Collaborate with engineers and specialists from multiple disciplines to ensure timely, within-budget delivery of high-quality projects
Validate that designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and best practices
Visit sites to evaluate conditions, diagnose issues, and confirm design implementation aligns with field realities
Produce and coordinate designs within a BIM workflow using Revit and AutoCAD
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of professional growth

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or design-build environments
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Strong knowledge of electrical codes (NFPA, energy standards, etc.)
Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, or similar tools
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
