Senior Data Engineer

Join Quadrant Technologies in a Remote Senior Data Engineering role building analytics solutions with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. This position supports end-to-end delivery, from requirement gathering through development, deployment, and completion, with the autonomy to drive deliverables forward and ensure they meet client expectations. The pay range is $60.00 to $70.00 per hour.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Work with client teams to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own deliverables from requirement gathering through development, deployment, and completion.
• Maintain solution quality, support timely delivery, and ensure alignment with client expectations.

What you bring

• 8–10 years of relevant experience, with deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with proven client-facing ability.
• Proven capability to manage deliverables independently and drive them to completion.
