Senior Machine Learning Engineer

MyAIO is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Los Angeles, CA (onsite) to architect and scale machine learning systems that power intelligent agents. This role emphasizes LLM-based agent core development, retrieval and planning capabilities, memory systems, and end-to-end data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize LLM-based systems that support the agent core
• Prototype advanced retrieval, planning, and memory systems for AI agents
• Build and take ownership of data pipelines used for training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
• Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to deploy scalable machine learning features

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or applied AI, ideally with production-level deployments
• Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and vector search
• Experience working with frameworks and tools including PyTorch, LangChain, Ray, and Weaviate
• Engineering mindset focused on shipping quickly, testing thoroughly, and iterating continuously
