Senior Systems Engineer

CSI Consultants seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to provide Systems Engineering Trade Analysis (SETA) support for Marine Corps Long-Range Fires initiatives at the National Reconnaissance Office, with a focus on integrating C2 and communications architectures, beyond line-of-sight capabilities, and LE0/L0 constellations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the integration of the NRO C2 Operations in Denied Environments (CODE) communications architecture within USMC radios, platforms, and systems.
• Support integration with the Navy’s Beyond Line-of-Sight (BLOS) Engagement Controller and Manager (BECM).
• Provide technical support to plan and execute BLOS strike demonstrations and test events.
• Facilitate the migration of resilient BLOS C2 communications capabilities into low Earth orbit (LEO) constellations.
• Develop concepts and plans for USMC and Joint programs to incorporate National Overhead Systems data and technologies for enhanced Long-Range Fires capabilities.
• Liaise with Service Requirements Offices and Combatant Commands as needed.
• Deliver Subject Matter Expert guidance to enable U.S. long-range kill chains.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience; independent, forward-thinking professional who collaborates effectively in small-team environments.
• Familiarity with DoW requirements and/or acquisition processes.
• Experience supporting IC or DoW programs to develop, test, and operationalize capabilities.
• Experience with C4ISR related to Over-the-Horizon Targeting (OTH-T).
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance; if selected, CI Polygraph will be required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree.
