Compensation and location
Salary: USD 153,000 - 207,000 per year
Location: Onsite in Honolulu, HI at JBPH-H

Responsibilities
- Plan, engineer, and support MPE network capabilities aligned with MPE Network Engineering objectives
- Assess network performance, interoperability, and resiliency needs across mission partner environments
- Incorporate Zero Trust principles into network and cybersecurity design, including identity, access, segmentation, visibility, and policy enforcement
- Align modernization efforts with DoW cybersecurity compliance, operational requirements, and enterprise architecture direction
- Collaborate with USPACOM J6 stakeholders, service components, mission partners, and GDIT teams to resolve technical challenges
- Prepare clear technical documentation, briefings, status inputs, and recommendations for customers and internal leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 8+ years of relevant experience, or 13+ years with technical training/certifications
- Active Secret security clearance
- Technical skills: Zero Trust architecture, cybersecurity engineering, identity and access concepts, segmentation, policy enforcement, and DoD compliance
- Strong communication, analytical problem solving, technical writing, customer engagement, and ability to coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and mission partner teams
- Location: On customer site at JBPH-H in Honolulu, Hawaii
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship Required
