Responsibilities
- Lead modernization of legacy systems with a focus on speed, scalability, and business value.
- Assess and adopt SaaS and low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate delivery and reduce custom development.
- Partner with business, product, and technology leaders to ensure technical solutions align with strategic goals.
- Embrace rapid prototyping, iterative development, and pragmatic decision-making.
- Inspire and mentor engineers, cultivating a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Drive alignment across engineering, product, and business teams.
- Define and communicate the technical vision for the engineering organization, driving excellence and innovation; collaborate with leadership to establish practices, standards, and a clear direction aligned with long-term objectives.
- Operate with a strong customer-service mindset, ownership, and a high standard of quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience in cloud-native architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including serverless and event-driven design.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and low-code/no-code solutions, plus Gen AI tooling.
- Demonstrated ability to lead engineering efforts and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience modernizing legacy systems and integrating them with modern platforms.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Track record of delivering secure, scalable, and performant systems.
