Job Description

Build practical AI capabilities that teams can use every day. This hands-on role focuses on the product surface for agent-driven workflows, with an emphasis on trustworthy behavior, fast iteration, and close collaboration with users using real data. You will own the end-to-end experience of the tools and interfaces that bring AI into decision-making across Welltower.

Location: New York, NY (onsite)
Compensation: USD 160,000 - 220,000 per year

What you’ll do

Build and ship the product surface, including agent-driven tools, interfaces, and workflow tooling used by teams to complete work and make decisions
Design, tune, and evaluate agent behavior in the product to produce outputs that are trustworthy enough for users to act on
Work embedded with users to translate real workflows into working software on real data
Deliver useful output quickly, then iterate based on direct live feedback
Create configurable, reusable surfaces instead of one-off rewrites, so each build speeds up the next
Develop based on a live demo on real data as the specification, rather than relying on lengthy requirements documents

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
6+ years shipping production software, with the depth to own a product surface end to end
Experience deploying an agent in a commercial production environment
Background building data-dense, decision-support, or analytics products where users act on the output
Ability to build quickly against messy, real data and iterate in front of users
Based in the NYC metro area and able to work onsite
