Job Description

OpenAsset is a Digital Asset Management provider serving the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering industries, supporting more than 1,000 clients with 20 years of experience. In this hybrid role in New York, you will lead from the front by joining live deals, coaching Account Executives and BDRs, and improving outbound execution and deal quality to drive predictable pipeline growth. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will partner closely with RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to help the team exceed revenue targets.

What you’ll do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives and BDRs
Run daily cold call “power hours” with the BDR team, setting outbound tone and quality
Join AE calls daily as a second voice to qualify opportunities, build champions, handle objections, and support closing
Drive predictable pipeline growth through effective outbound tactics and convert inbound opportunities from the Marketing team
Run regular deal reviews, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions while ensuring pipeline stages, close dates, and forecast categories are accurate
Continuously improve scripts, talk tracks, sequences, and the overall sales process using feedback from live calls and data signals
Partner with Marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
Partner with RevOps to strengthen reporting, data visibility, and the metrics the team is measured against
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and strong client outcomes
Track KPIs to support quota attainment across the team
Hire, onboard, and ramp new AEs and BDRs as the team scales
Become an expert at leveraging OpenAsset’s tech stack and AI tooling, collaborating with GTM Engineers to improve conversion rates and messaging
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Report performance, insights, and strategy to the executive team
Join live deals with AEs and be on the phone with BDRs as part of day-to-day execution

Requirements

1+ years of sales management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally managing both AEs and BDRs
5+ years full-cycle closing experience, with a strong record as a top 5% closer (for example, president’s club and consistent quota overachievement)
Ability and willingness to be on calls every day, as this is a core part of the role
Proven success closing $50k to $250k ACV deals and coaching others to do the same
Experience overseeing outbound BDR teams and supporting pipeline creation
Strong consultative and value-based sales methodology knowledge, especially MEDDIC
Experience selling a multi-product solution while scaling sales teams and processes in a growing organization
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level selling
Highly organized, data-driven approach; comfortable working in tools such as Claude, Gong, and Salesforce
Based in the NYC area and willing to travel with the team roughly once a month
AEC industry experience is a plus
