The Integrated Product Team Lead for SWIS will guide a cross-functional development effort as a Systems Engineer, overseeing technical execution, schedule adherence, and cost control to deliver a compliant, high-quality SWIS product.
Responsibilities
- Enhance the Strategic Weapon Interface Simulator (SWIS) to advance its capabilities.
- As the IPT Lead for SWIS, participate in a cross-functional team responsible for SWIS systems development.
- Lead a cross-disciplinary IPT to coordinate multi-domain activities.
- Oversee technical performance, schedule, and cost management for SWIS development.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with contract requirements.
- Support program reporting and Estimate at Completion development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Masterโs degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship required.

Salary Note
Salary is listed as a typical range and may vary based on experience, location, and other factors. Combined Salary Range: USD 115,000.00 โ USD 120,000.00 per year.
