Job Description
Realign LLC is hiring an AI Engineer with 8+ years of experience to design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable machine learning and generative/agentic AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions for complex business problems
- Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, covering data ingestion, model deployment, and monitoring
- Develop advanced Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents
- Design and implement Agentic AI frameworks using LangGraph, LangChain, and related technologies
- Build and deploy multimodal AI solutions that support text, image, audio, and video capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, business stakeholders, Data Engineers, and Architects to define AI strategies and roadmaps
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions to improve business outcomes
- Ensure AI systems align with performance, scalability, security, and governance requirements
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and promote AI engineering best practices across the organization
- Communicate technical concepts, project progress, and solution impact to stakeholders and leadership teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience
- Experience designing, building, and optimizing machine learning pipelines
- Core Python fundamentals: OOPs concepts, Functions & Modules, Iterators / Generators, exception handling, decorators, typing and data classes, data structures & algorithms, design patterns
- Machine Learning: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, Matplotlib
- Generative & Agentic AI: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, FAISS / Pinecone, OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini APIs, LangGraph Agents
- Required skills: DevOps Engineer
