AI Engineer - Go To Market
Job Description
Verizon is seeking an AI Engineer to help shape Generative AI capabilities that directly support its Go-To-Market (GTM) engine. In this hybrid role based in Temple Terrace, Florida, you will design, deploy, and optimize LLM-powered solutions aimed at reducing friction across sales and marketing workflows and improving revenue outcomes.
You will build and operationalize agentic features and RAG-based systems that connect proprietary GTM assets, then integrate those workflows into the sales stack so they can be used effectively by reps. The work includes developing production infrastructure for orchestration, evaluation, and low-latency delivery, along with fast prototyping from idea to full-stack MVP.
What You’ll Do
- Build and refine LLM-powered features and autonomous agents to strengthen revenue capabilities.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines that connect proprietary data (for example playbooks, product documentation, and past successful call transcripts) to large language models for accurate, context-aware outputs.
- Identify and address additional GTM friction points by prototyping AI solutions for lead enrichment, personalized outreach, and CRM automation.
- Integrate AI workflows into the modern sales stack, including tools such as Salesforce and Gong, to enable seamless adoption by sales reps.
- Develop and maintain production-grade infrastructure for AI orchestration, including prompt management, low-latency streaming APIs, and model evaluation frameworks.
- Use rapid prototyping and “Vibe Coding” workflows with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Lovable, and LangSmith Agent Builder to move from idea to deployed full-stack MVP in days.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Strong proficiency in Python/TypeScript and experience building web services or integrating complex APIs, especially CRM, VoIP, or sales engagement platforms.
- Solid understanding of the LLM stack, including experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, Strands Agents, and CrewAI.
- Knowledge of modern AI concepts including prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and the difference between fine-tuning and RAG.
- Experience with standard development tools such as Git and Docker, plus CI/CD processes.
- A product-oriented, revenue-focused mindset, with the ability to empathize with a BDR workflow and deliver AI outputs that are instantly actionable during a live call.
