LTM seeks an AI Engineer (Tooling Integration) based in Irving, TX, to lead the enterprise integration layer for the Store Agent platform. This role focuses on secure, scalable, governed connectivity between AI agents and business systems, while building agentic solutions using established framework capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement multiagent orchestration frameworks to support complex AI workflows.
- Develop and maintain AI agents using the Agentic Framework, tailored to specific business use cases.
- Design and optimize pipelines that incorporate memory and planning tools to improve agent effectiveness.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, ensuring interoperability with APIs, ERP, and operational tools.
- Implement observability tracing and performance monitoring to support AI system reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, AI architects, and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
- Drive innovation by researching and applying recent techniques in agentic AI, including memory management and planning.

The position will own the enterprise integration layer for the Store Agent platform, enabling secure, scalable, and governed connectivity between AI agents and business systems. The work also supports faster delivery of reusable tools, workflows, and automated store operations capabilities.

Salary Range: USD 130,000 to 140,000 per year.
