AI Engineer I

Ring Power Corporation is looking for an AI Engineer I to design and build AI-powered applications and workflows that help improve efficiency across departments. This onsite role in Saint Augustine, FL focuses on integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms, monitoring performance and security, and enabling business users with practical AI training.

In this position, you will partner with teams to spot automation opportunities, strengthen data capabilities that support AI and analytics, and stay current with emerging AI technologies to contribute ideas for continuous improvement. The role is expected to include frequent updates to job requirements, with retraining once or more per year.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and workflows to improve efficiency across departments.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure services.
• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Monitor and optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
• Support AI and analytics initiatives by enabling advanced data capabilities.
• Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and contribute ideas for innovation.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions for business users on Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area of study.
• 1-2 years of experience.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools, including Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (with Azure preferred) and API integration.
• Job requirements frequently change, requiring re-training once or more per year.
• Ability to solve complex problems with little guidance, including independent research and analysis to develop solutions.
• Extensive creativity and a constant need to find new and improved solutions.
• Regular monitoring to determine outcomes, with some discretion in decision-making and prioritization within established parameters.
