AI / Machine Learning Engineer - Senior

Falls Technology is supporting a federal national-security mission where AI and automation can materially improve how work is executed. In this onsite Senior role, you will train machine learning models and connect pre-trained models into production data flows, helping deliver end-to-end AI workflows that integrate with existing engineering systems.

You will focus on model training and integration alongside pipeline development, building practical solutions using AWS ETL pipelines and software components in Python, Java, and C++ with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate workflows and business processes using AI
• Train models and integrate pre-trained models into data flows
• Design data structures, data models, and software architecture
• Build AI and software components in Python, Java, and C++ using PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Develop ETL pipelines on AWS to support production data movement and processing

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, and Conda
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and algorithms
• Experience with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
• Experience training and integrating ML models
