Civil Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Project engineering and/or project management for utility, water, wastewater, or transportation projects for municipalities and special purpose districts across Washington State.
- Project scoping and preparation of engineering reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for municipal engineering projects.
- Providing clients with funding administration and construction management support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution is required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 5 to 20 years of experience in municipal engineering
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Compensation and Benefits
- Total compensation range: $115,000 - $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience (including year-end bonus)

Work location
Wenatchee, WA (hybrid). The Wenatchee office is located at 11 Spokane Street, Suite 105. A hybrid work arrangement is available after 6 months of employment, requiring a minimum of three days per week in-office.
