Job Description

Gray & Osborne, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its Wenatchee office, focused on municipal projects across Washington State. The role centers on project engineering and project management for utility, water, wastewater, or transportation initiatives, delivering scoping studies, engineering reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates, while providing funding administration and construction management support for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Project engineering and/or project management for utility, water, wastewater, or transportation projects for municipalities and special purpose districts across Washington State.
  • Project scoping and preparation of engineering reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for municipal engineering projects.
  • Providing clients with funding administration and construction management support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution is required.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • 5 to 20 years of experience in municipal engineering
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

Compensation and Benefits

  • Total compensation range: $115,000 - $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience (including year-end bonus)

Work location

Wenatchee, WA (hybrid). The Wenatchee office is located at 11 Spokane Street, Suite 105. A hybrid work arrangement is available after 6 months of employment, requiring a minimum of three days per week in-office.
