Cybersecurity Engineer - ForeScout

Electrosoft Services Inc is hiring a Cybersecurity Engineer to support specialized cybersecurity work in Columbus, OH. In this onsite role, you will contribute security-engineering support across the full lifecycle, from planning and design through testing and integration, while helping analyze information security requirements and address system challenges tied to those requirements.

The position focuses on practical, routine project execution for cyber defense needs, including work that depends on specific clearance levels and ForeScout credentials, as well as DOD experience supporting Comply to Connect solutions.

Role overview

• Perform a variety of routine project tasks applied to specialized cybersecurity problems.
• Analyze information security requirements.
• Provide security-engineering support for planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, and integration of information systems.
• Use analytical and systematic approaches to resolve problems related to workflow, organization, and planning.
• Resolve total system or technology problems as they relate to cybersecurity requirements by integrating electronic processes or methodologies.

Requirements

• Seven (7) years of relevant IT experience.
• Active DOD Secret Clearance.
• Must possess IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 5 (T5) at the time of proposal submission.
• Primary DCWF Work Role 521: Cyber Defense Infrastructure Support; Proficiency Level: Intermediate.
• Secondary DCWF Work Role 441: Network Operations Specialist; Proficiency Level: Intermediate.
• Computing environment: ForeScout Certified Administrator (FSCA).
• Four (4) years of experience maintaining Comply to Connect solutions in a DOD environment.
