Core responsibilities include driving the security architecture for AI deployments, coordinating governance practices, and performing practical security engineering to defend production AI environments across complex, multi stakeholder programs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across multi stakeholder client settings, including LLM systems, multi agent pipelines, RAG architectures, and MLOps infrastructure; manage the security design from initial assessment to hardened deployment
  • Provide hands on security engineering using agentic coding tools as the primary build environment, building AI powered detection systems, automated threat response tooling, security assessment frameworks, and governance automation with Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot in daily delivery work
  • Manage AI specific threat surfaces at program scale, addressing OWASP LLM Top 10 controls, prompt injection hardening, model extraction prevention, adversarial input defenses, and AI supply chain security across concurrent client workstreams
  • Architect and govern security controls across the enterprise AI stack, including identity and access management for AI systems, data pipeline security, model serving security, and cross cloud integration risk
  • Lead AI governance framework implementation aligned with regulatory and standards requirements such as EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and model risk management in live production environments
  • Shape security strategy for client CISO and CTO with risk adjusted investment cases, architecture roadmaps, and operating models for AI governance that align with business goals
  • Define and publish reusable security patterns, playbooks, and accelerators to scale across multiple client engagements and grow the Secure AI practice
  • Lead architecture design sessions, threat modeling workshops, and code review sessions with client engineering and security leadership
  • Demonstrate cybersecurity domain expertise in at least one area such as AppSec, SecOps, IAM, cloud, GRC, or offensive security

  • Facilitate executive workshops and communicate with C level security leadership and stakeholders
  • Apply structured, hypothesis driven problem decomposition to complex security challenges
  • Provide team leadership, coaching managers and consultants through delivery and development discussions

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in production with deep cybersecurity expertise in at least one area such as AppSec, SecOps or detection engineering, cloud security, IAM, offensive security or GRC
