Data Engineer

What you’ll do

• Lead the design and optimization of scalable data architectures to support evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with organizational goals and technical standards.
• Analyze complex data challenges and develop innovative approaches to improve data reliability and efficiency.
• Drive adoption of best practices in data management and pipeline development to elevate overall quality.
• Use strong SQL and Python to engineer data pipelines, run routine and ad hoc analyses, and assess performance of legacy products and the saliency of new features.
• Build reporting dashboards and visualizations to design, create, and track campaign program KPIs.
• Perform analyses on large data sets to understand drivers of marketing engagement and recommend optimizations for campaigns and products.
• Project manage end-to-end analytics tooling feature development, including request intake, requirement evaluation, cross-team alignment, feature execution, QA testing, and stakeholder communications.
• Interface and consult with marketers, analysts, and cross-functional partners as a point of contact for reporting and data requests.
• Coordinate with other data engineering, product, and data science teams to implement client needs and initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain data solutions that support data generation, collection, and processing.
• Create data pipelines and implement extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, taking responsibility for team decisions and contributing to key decisions that impact multiple teams.

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with advanced proficiency in Data Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency with Python, SQL, data pipelines, and data processing.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Data Pipelines and Data Processing.
