Data Scientist / Software Engineer (NLP & Java) - Expert

Work on NLP and machine learning that moves from Python research into production Java/Spring services for a federal national-security mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop NLP capabilities using spaCy, Gensim, NLTK, and Hugging Face Transformers
• Design and implement deep learning models with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras
• Build backend services in Java with Spring and Spring Data JPA
• Integrate model logic into operational applications, services, and workflows
• Deploy and operationalize solutions on AWS and Linux using Git, Jenkins, and Apache Tomcat
• Work with Oracle and SQL to support persistence and application integration

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• U.S. citizenship required
• Strong experience in Python and NLP (spaCy, Gensim, or NLTK)
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras
• SQL experience
• Linux, Git, and AWS experience
