This senior role centers on full-stack development within Palantir Foundry, delivering data-driven solutions by leveraging Pipeline Builder and Foundry AIP in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain the War Data Platform and Foundry pipelines via Pipeline Builder to ingest, transform, and integrate data.
- Create applications within Foundry to support data-driven workflows.
- Design modular applications and workflows using TypeScript, Python, and Foundry AIP.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and mission stakeholders to refine data models and ontology mappings.
- Maintain version control and code management with Git and related repositories.
- Facilitate Foundry workshops to guide stakeholders through platform capabilities.
- Support testing, debugging, and performance optimization of Foundry applications.
- Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Palantir Foundry to build, enhance, or deploy data-driven solutions.
- 3 or more years of software development experience across common programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products.
- Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications.
- Proficiency with back-end and front-end languages to deliver complete solutions.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of software engineering experience, or 5+ years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.

Compensation
The projected annual salary range is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 USD, determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract affordability, and organizational requirements. This range reflects typical compensation for the role and is one component of total compensation.
