Electrical Engineer

Anderson Cook Machine Tool is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support electrical engineering work in a fully onsite environment. This position emphasizes practical controls and automation experience, including AutoCAD, PLC/HMI programming, motion control, and drives.

Core Responsibilities

The role includes electrical engineering tasks with strong hands-on skills in the following areas: AutoCAD, PLC/HMI programming, motion control, and drives.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• PLC programming experience including: Allen-Bradley RSLogix 5000, RSLogix 500, Siemens TIA Portal, and Siemens Step 7 a Plus
• HMI programming experience including: Allen Bradley Studio 5000, Allen-Bradley View Studio, Siemens TIA Portal, with Siemens WinCC a plus, and Eaton Galileo a plus
• Motion control experience, including Allen-Bradley and Siemens
• Drives experience, including Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 755, Allen-Bradley Kinetix servos, and Siemens S120 drive systems
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum experience: at least 3 years in electrical engineering
