Responsibilities
- Aid water treatment authorities in selecting coagulation and flocculation dosing strategies
- Partner with clients and the Parkson team to identify optimal coagulant dosages and actionable steps to drive treatment optimization
- Apply expertise in process automation, controls, and instrumentation to keep systems efficient and well-tuned
- Provide process support via phone, email, and on-site visits to address needs and verify requirements
- Train operators on Parkson equipment and workflows to ensure comprehensive process understanding
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to enhance equipment and workflows for better performance
- Lead initiatives to boost process efficiency, reduce variability, minimize downtime, and realize cost savings at facilities
- Assist with installations and process modifications to ensure specifications are met
- Provide in-house and on-site test support to validate performance and troubleshoot issues
- Comply with company and industry safety standards including proper use of PPE
- Document service activity through written project and progress reports
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field process engineering or a related discipline
- Excellent written communication to clearly convey service and project activity
- Strong planning and organizational abilities, prioritizing work efficiently and developing realistic action plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong oral communication skills, including clear presentation and meeting facilitation
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office applications
- Education: Bachelor degree in Chemical, Environmental, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
