Job Description
Aurex is hiring a Launch Vehicle Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Systems Engineer to help shape and validate the ground systems that support launch vehicle operations. This Centennial, CO (Hybrid) role blends systems engineering work with cross-functional collaboration, so you can influence requirements, verification, and integration outcomes while working alongside GSE design teams.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and test ground support equipment system requirements and verification for launch vehicle operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional GSE design teams to support the proper flow and compliance of GSE systems
- Conduct system analysis including FMEA and Fishbones
- Ensure GSE work aligns with safety regulations and quality standards
- Provide technical support during integration
- Participate in design reviews and project meetings
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Aerospace Systems
- Proven experience developing Aerospace ground support equipment systems, including either mechanical (MGSE) or electrical (EGSE)
- Knowledge of launch vehicle operations and relevant industry standards
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Compensation and benefits
Salary range: USD 135,000 to 170,000 per year.
