Machine Learning Engineer

Amazon's CreativeX RAPID team in Seattle, onsite, is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to advance real-time ad personalization and scalable deployment of ML models for Dynamic Creative Optimization using generative AI, LLMs, RL, and computer vision. This role translates research into production-ready systems that power dynamic creatives at scale.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly learn and apply new Generative AI technologies to tackle complex problems within the Dynamic Creative Optimization domain.
• Investigate design approaches, prototype new technologies, and evaluate their feasibility, including AutoML and real-time ML serving systems.
• Collaborate with scientists to design and build data pipelines capable of processing massive datasets and scaling machine learning models.
• Develop and maintain platforms for developing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models for real-world applications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship).
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience for new or existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
