Responsibilities

Manage the complete ML lifecycle, from data collection design and processing to model development, experiments, and field validation.
Adapt or implement cutting edge methods to ship features on visionOS and iOS platforms.
Collaborate closely with fellow ML engineers as well as data and software engineers across internal and cross-functional teams.
Identify and develop solutions to previously unsolved challenges in human representation and motion affecting a large user base.

Apple's Video Computer Vision (VCV) Face and Body technologies team seeks a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with experience building ML models for computer vision and graphics applications. The role covers the full ML cycle from data collection design and processing to model development, experiments, and field validation. The team pursues applied research to adapt state-of-the-art methods or implement new approaches to ship features on visionOS and iOS.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay & Benefits

Base pay range for this role is between $175,000 and $308,500 per year. The final amount depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
