Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and deployment of prototype level predictive analytics and dashboards.
- Act as the primary instructor for ORSA level and advanced analytics training.
- Steer the creation of reusable analytics patterns and governance standards.
- Coach mid level and junior personnel.
- Ensure analytics products are instructional, reusable, and sustainment-ready.
- Design and supervise Army Vantage specific training curricula aligned to USAREUR-AF personas (executives, staff, analysts, ORSAs).
- Lead advanced training events including ORSA sessions and executive-level courses.
- Ensure training materials emphasize Army Vantage workflows, access controls, classification, and reuse rather than generic analytics tools.
- Review and approve training content created by junior staff for technical accuracy and instructional quality.
- Drive the development of instructional analytics products with dashboards and workflows that serve as teaching exemplars.
- Incorporate data lineage, version control, and collaborative development practices into training demonstrations.
- Mentor mid-level personnel on instructional techniques, classroom delivery, and Army training event facilitation.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor supporting data program design and execution.
- Ensure training events align with organizational change objectives and adoption milestones in the statement of work.
- Lead after-action reviews of training events and integrate feedback into future deliveries.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance or eligible to obtain and maintain one.
- Ability to operate in classified and unclassified environments, including NIPRNet systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interactions with military and civilian personnel.
- Willingness to travel up to 10 percent for in-person training and operational support.
- Proven ability to learn new tools, workflows, and operating contexts quickly.
- Team-oriented and capable of collaborating with diverse Army and contractor personnel.
