Responsibilities
- Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows to underpin business analytics and reporting requirements.
- Work with cross-functional partners to capture data requirements and translate them into effective data models and architectures.
- Ingest, transform, and integrate data from both internal and external sources while maintaining data quality and consistency.
- Deploy and refine data storage solutions using cloud platforms and big data technologies such as Apache Spark and Kafka.
- Evaluate complex data flows and system integrations to propose practical improvements and solutions.
- Write, test, and deploy code to automate data processing and uphold data governance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and three years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
- Five years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science with one year of experience in software engineering or a related field.
- Two years of experience in data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, or business analytics.
