Product Security Engineer - AI Trainer

Join a fully remote, project-based team helping train AI models for cybersecurity. You will evaluate AI-generated security content for real-world accuracy, build solutions to security-focused training tasks, and contribute feedback that improves future generations of AI security technology.

This is a contract role based in Addison, TX (remote), with a flexible schedule and hourly pay of $50 to $100 USD. Higher bonus rates may be available for certain projects. Payment is made via PayPal.

What you’ll do

• Review AI-generated cybersecurity content, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques, to judge whether it is accurate and valid for real-world use.
• Design and solve security-oriented technical problems that are used to train AI systems.
• Produce clear technical explanations and security-relevant code tied to the work.
• Provide feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI security models.

What you bring

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or adjacent fields, including government or military cyber operations.
• Some coding experience required, with comfort navigating and patching a codebase.
• English fluency (native or bilingual level) with strong writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certifications are a plus, for example OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, or similar.
