Product Security Engineer - AI Trainer
Job Description
Help train AI systems for cybersecurity by reviewing AI-generated security material and creating security-focused technical problems.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess AI-generated cybersecurity content for real-world accuracy and validity, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques
- Design and build security-focused technical problems for use in training AI models
- Produce clear technical explanations and security-relevant code
- Deliver feedback that informs and improves the next generation of AI security models
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or related work, including government or military cyber operations
- Some coding experience; ability to navigate and patch a codebase
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual) with strong writing skills
- Bachelorโs degree preferred
- Cybersecurity certifications are a plus, such as OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, and similar
