Secure AI Engineer Manager
Job Description
Accenture is seeking a Manager-level Secure AI Engineer to deliver Secure AI practice work, lead day-to-day client workstreams, develop security tooling and playbooks, and mentor practitioners across multiple Secure AI disciplines with a focus on Security for AI and AI for Security. This onsite role is based in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities
- Deliver secure AI engineering solutions that transform enterprise AI adoption while safeguarding AI-enabled operations for clients.
- Architect, provision, and validate prototype and production grade secure AI deployment pipelines, ensuring cohesive interoperability across components.
- Collaborate with project teams, team leaders, delivery managers, and client stakeholders to craft standout AI Security and Governance offerings powered by LLM platforms, frontier-grade models, agentic frameworks, and AI/MCP gateways (examples include Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI).
- Build and sustain strong client relationships and earn the trust of key advisors.
- Present a compelling business case for the most effective secure AI solution tailored to the client’s needs.
- Participate in Accenture sales efforts when required to support opportunity development.
- Continuously expand technical foundations in AI, AI security, emerging technologies, and business implications.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in a cybersecurity discipline with deep expertise in one area such as AppSec, SecOps/detection engineering, IAM, cloud security, offensive security/penetration testing, GRC, or responsible AI.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with agentic coding tools (daily use required): Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex.
- At least 1 year of experience with AI architecture fundamentals, including LLMs, agentic systems, A2A, RAG, MLOps pipelines, MCP, AI Gateway, and model serving.
- At least 1 year of experience in AI-specific security: OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection, adversarial inputs, and AI supply chain risks.
- At least 1 year of experience in threat modeling for AI systems (STRIDE, PASTA, or equivalent) applied to LLM deployments and agentic pipelines.
- Cloud platform security fundamentals certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); for those with an Associate’s Degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required.
