Deliver production-ready applications and services with Python as the primary language.
Deploy and operate AI/ML solutions within Databricks environments.
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and source-control practices.
Incorporate LLMs, predictive models, business logic, and behavioral data into recommendation workflows.
Leverage AI assisted development tools and coding agents to accelerate engineering work.
Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to translate objectives into technical solutions.
Enhance system scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance as AI products mature.
Troubleshoot issues independently and drive solutions from concept through production.

4–5+ years of relevant software, AI/ML, or data engineering experience demonstrating senior-level engineering maturity.
Strong Python development skills and a track record of producing production-quality code.
Hands-on experience building and operating AI/ML solutions in production.
Experience with Databricks and modern data/AI environments.
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines.
Git and source-control best practices.
Focus on testing and code quality, with an emphasis on modular, maintainable design.
Experience with production monitoring and troubleshooting.
Experience integrating machine learning models into applications, services, or production workflows.
Ability to independently solve ambiguous technical problems while aligning with business objectives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
