What you will do

In this Senior role, you will lead department activities and help drive successful outcomes from early concept through construction. You will oversee day-to-day responsibilities and mentor staff, supporting growth in both technical knowledge and career development.

• Supervise and mentor staff’s day-to-day responsibilities, including guidance on technical knowledge and career development.
• Own projects end-to-end across a range of project sizes and types, guiding work from concept through completion of construction.
• Coordinate across disciplines with in-house teams, partnering with multiple other engineering disciplines as needed.
• Lead project efforts across all facets by interfacing with clients, delivering technical excellence, and managing the project team and schedule to support a successful outcome.

• Degree in area of expertise
• PE
• 10+ years of experience in an A/E environment
• Demonstrated success managing projects
• Engineering expertise in the field, including knowledge of parallel fields
