Software Engineer
Job Description
Deloitte is seeking a Project Software Engineer III in Richmond, VA (onsite) to build and support application integrations and sustainment mission services.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, maintain, and support application integrations and related components for sustainment operations.
- Implement approved enhancements and defect fixes.
- Participate in code review, unit and integration testing, release preparation, and incident troubleshooting.
- Document technical designs, changes, and support procedures.
- Coordinate with the Custom Development Lead, Product Management, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity teams to clarify requirements.
- Manage dependencies and validate solutions against acceptance criteria.
- Identify application performance, security, reliability, and deployment risks promptly.
- Provide development support to help maintain stable mission services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- 4+ years of experience in SharePoint configuration and development.

Compensation
- Salary range: USD 102,800 - 171,300 per year.
- Wage range accounts for skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
- Range estimate is not adjusted for geographic differential for the position location.
- Hiring at or near the top of the range is not typical; compensation depends on facts and circumstances.
Incentive Program
